The faster cassette-sized wireless mobile medical digital x-ray image flat panel detector (Mars1417V) with enhanced ergonomic features is newly designed to help retrofit the existing imaging equipment including film or computed radiography (CR) systems to direct radiography (DR) – quickly, easily, and economically. It’s compatible with any X-ray system that uses ISO 4090-compliant 35 × 43 cm cassette – so there’s no need to modify the original generator or bucky, discard the wallstand or table, replace the grid, or radically alter the procedures. It slides right into CR Systems – full X-ray rooms and mobile units – converting them to the speed, ease of handling and enhanced workflow of the fully digital. Using a Cesium Iodide Scintillator (CsI) which is ideal for pediatrics and other dose sensitive applications, Mars1417V delivers pristine images, diagnostic confidence, and increased productivity.
