Medical inkjet printing film (BPF or WPF) is specially designed for the imaging characteristics of medical images. Using a unique coating technology, it is suitable for all types of inkjet printers based on blue or white PET. It has the advantages of high resolution, large contrast, fast imaging speed, no odor when printing, and can also magnify the image according to the situation to improve the diagnostic effect. Medical inkjet film has the characteristics of intuitive, three-dimensional, color, multifunctional imaging at a glance, so the reading time will not be limited by time and space. It is waterproof, light resistant, heat resistant, no discoloration, no deformation, and can be used repeatedly and stored for a long time. Blue Layer Structure

Medical inkjet printing blue film (BPF) contains 175-µm blue transparent PET base, a 28-30µm inkjet imaging layer coated on the PET base, and a 1-2µm back-coat layer coated on the other side of the PET base. Typical product parameters are 0.11-0.19 D (Minimum Transmission Density), 20-% (Haze), 210±8 μm (Thickness), 280±5 gsm (Grammage).

White Layer Structure

Medical inkjet printing white film (WPF) contains 150-µm white semitransparent PET base, a 28-30µm inkjet imaging layer coated on the PET base, and a 1-2µm back-coat layer coated on the other side of the PET base. Typical product parameters are 1.4+ D (Transmission Density), 88±6% (Haze), 180±8 μm (Thickness), 245±5 gsm (Grammage).

Elegant Appearance

Medical inkjet film is divided into color inkjet printing film, and black and white inkjet printing film. Medical color inkjet image film is more suitable for the new trend of modern medical image output, not only suitable for facing (reflection effect), but also suitable for perspective (transmission effect). With bright image and high definition, inkjet film has changed the traditional mode of viewing only under the medical X-ray film viewer.
