Innovative Compressor Technology
The Variable Drive (V-Drive) compressor, available on FYL-YS Series refrigerators, is designed to continually provide uniform cold air flow distribution throughout the chamber to ensure temperature uniformity – essential for validated storage requirements in the lab or clinical environment. The temperature uniformity throughout the incubator ensures that all samples can be stored in identical conditions, even when fully loaded. Where the standard compressor operates in a binary, full-power or off cycle, the innovative V-Drive runs at variable speeds as required to achieve optimal cooling capacity. Combined with an automated tuning control, the V-Drive compressor adjusts cooling power to precisely meet the needs required by temperature conditions inside and outside of the unit, delivering a leap forward in performance and energy efficiency without compromising protection.

FYL-YS Series feature convenient, fully extendable, and adjustable basket drawers. The bright energy-saving LED interior light assists in easy sample access and identification. It can also be controlled from the control display panel. Its intuitive-to-operate, easy-to-access and easy-to-read user interfaces remove the guesswork and prevent operational mishaps. The built-in adaptive controller system utilizes mutli-sensor detection to deliver precise temperature control. Fitted with standard door locks to keep an additional level of security for the precious sample storage, FYL-YS Series models are also designed to meet safety requirements for cold storage of volatiles and storage in hazardous environments. To combat annoying frost during low temperature operation, the cycle automatic defrost system ensures that defrost occurs only when necessary and is not based on time. This defrost system runs by constantly monitoring refrigeration temperature increase during defrost, ensuring that this is minimal with no temperature spikes.
